chameleonstorm asked: Heyyy :) I watched your video reponse on what you should do when some one won't stop asking you about how the trick was done and thanks it was really helpful, but I'm wanting to know, what if a good friend doesn't stop asking? About 5 months ago, my friend got seriously angry at me after a performed a card trick and didn't tell him how it worked, in the end I told him because I actually feared for our friendship! I'm wanting to know what would you do in that situation? How can I not tell him? CS
If it’s a REALLY good friend, they should have enough respect for you and your magic to not want to know how the trick is done, and just enjoy the magic. If it’s a REALLY REALLY good friend, I might just tell him (because I personally like to share my knowledge and wisdom with others, obviously.)
If you don’t want to tell anyone, what I would say to your friend is something like, “If you have any respect for me, you will accept that I don’t want to share the secret with you.” My friend used to always do that, “If you have any respect for me, you’ll do this.” How are you going to turn that down?
And if that’s the case for the rest of your life, just don’t show him any more magic tricks.

So I was up until 5am last night because I was so jittery and excited about the new tricks I’ve been learning that I just wanted more and more.
I ripped out my box of old magic tricks and went through all my decks to organize, throw out, savor anything that I did or didn’t want.
Also learned Daniel Garcia’s “Greed” today, and man oh man, is that an awesome effect! Keep in tune!
